Original Designs
For our original designs, we can accept returns only if an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right and send a replacement.
If a package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’re not able to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, and orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address or an unclaimed delivery can’t be refunded.
Thrifted Finds
Because each secondhand piece is one-of-a-kind, all thrifted sales are final. We encourage you to read the description carefully, check measurements, and review all photos before purchasing. If you need additional details or images, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will work with you to find a solution.
